It is located in the busiest shopping district, Shinsaibashi. Very convenient and close to JR station. The rooms are terribly small. The breakfast is not good, but staff are friendly. But it is good value for that central location.

Whenever I'm in osaka i usually stay here because of the value and location. It's conveniently located a few blocks from the subway and about 10-15 minutes walk to namba station where there's kintetsu, subway, and JR. The areas feels safe with a lot of foot traffic and taxis. Lots of shops and food along Shinsaibashi which will lead you straight to Namba.

The hotel is fairly basic though. The rooms are typical size you'll find for japanese business hotels, pretty small and just enough for a bed, a table, and space for your suitcase. The bathroom's are quite small but clean. Nothing too fancy. The staff is friendly and helpful and they can speak enough english to get by. There's free wifi. Breakfast is good. I also like the fact they have coin laundry in the lobby and they have smoking and non-smoking floor seperation.

Very good value.

You get what you pay for. Sure the room and bathroom are small, but the location is good and the room is very clean. Breakfast was adequate for either western or asian tastes. Compared to the price of other hotels in Osaka, this place is cheap!

We stayed in this hotel for 7 days. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There were 4 of us in our room (2 adults & 2 child) and there was plenty of space. We found it to be one of the most spacious hotels in our 2 week stay in Japan. Breakfast was included and although not a great variety, it hit the spot. The location is fantastic only a few minute walk to the nearest station. The shopping was incredible in Shinsaibashi. We are planning on returning to Osaka and this hotel would be my first preference.
