The hotel is very big, clean and the staff are efficient and friendly - from the little dealings we had with them (we arrived late and left early). The room was spacious and clean if a little outdated, the bathroom (as with most in Japan) was tiny but had a shower & bath tub. The only complaint I had was with the breakfast. They had 2 options, either the ground level restaurant or a 2nd option which seemed to be setup in one of the conference rooms, which we were forced to go to as the restaurant was full and had people waiting. The conference room was huge with a square buffet style station setup in the middle. Breakfast started at 7am, we arrived around 7:30am and almost everything was finished. I had to ask for various items to be restocked by the staff, of which there were very few and those available were running around frantically trying to deal with the volume. When items were restocked (ie. fruit juice, fresh fruit, bread for toast etc.) they brought out little at a time so it disappeared almost immediately - forcing you to request more and wait yet again. The food quality itself was fine but we ended up being late for our tour given the lack of availability. Other than this, a nice hotel with a clean, spacious feel. It is in a secluded area with absolutely nothing nearby so only really suitable for those stopping overnight or with transport to get around during the day.
