Location is great, connected to Sannomiya Station. Bus from Kansai drops you off right across the street. If you are continuing on to somewhere else the bus terminal is just a block around the corner. Stayed there a few nights and explored the surrounding area. A shopping area is just a few blocks away and riding a train will take you to near by attractions. Kobe is a wonderful city, people are friendly and the food is great. Don't forget the Kobe beef. Hotel rooms aren't the biggest but accommodations are sufficient. I only wish the bathroom/shower was larger.

Been there recently, on business. The Hotel is a stone throw away from the bus service to Kansai Airport (65mins from Sannomiya to Airport).

The lobby is perched on the 4th floor, same place breakfast is served. Lobby is smaller than the Tokyu Inn, which is also a favourite of mine. The resturarant, with its usual mixed of International and Japanese fare, is adequate.

The corridors leading to the hotel rooms are clean, nice and homely. Rooms are very basic. Do not expect much, henceforth, were not disappointed.

The Hotel however, is located, in the heart, of the city, with its endless trains services and near amenities. It does serves well to tourists and travellers alike, who intend to explore Kobe city.

Internet at Lobby, is free and provided through WI-FI. There is also a communal computer.

You can't beat the location of this hotel--it's literally across the street from where the bus from Kansai Int'l Airport lets you off, and the trains to Shin-Kobe and Port Island go through the adjacent station. A major entertainment district is on the north side. The main obstacle is finding the way in. (Hint: go in the front entrance of the station and turn right just before the bakery/coffee shop, where you'll see an elevator. The hotel lobby is on the 4th? floor (or something like that.))

The rooms are standard Japanese business hotel, but with broadband Internet in many rooms. My room had a lovely view of the hills that lie to the north side of the city. I arrived late and jet-lagged, and didn't feel like going out to eat, but a little exploring showed a vending machine that dispensed hot snacks for reasonable prices. I had a hot curry-stuffed roll, which was just right.

I was on a special deal, called the Business Support Plan (written up in Japanese only on their website), which included a buffet breakfast and a free beer from the minibar for only 8,000 yen.
