its take abt 15 to 20 mins walk to subway or chinatown or shopping area so i could say still a good location, only the staff dont speak english. my room is on higher 19th floor good view. but the bath tube is not what written so good to enjoy. i only stay for 2 nights so base on location n price is still worth.

当館からの眺めは「神戸夜景100選」にも選ばれております。
お客様にも十分とご堪能頂けたようで、何よりでございます。
