過日は当館をご利用下さいまして誠に有難うございました。また、多数のお喜びとお褒めのお言葉を賜り、重ねてお礼申し上げます。当館のスイートルームでは、長旅の疲れを癒して頂けますよう、プライベートサウナとジェットバスを配した寛ぎの空間を施しておりまして、皆様方から大変ご好評頂いております。また、レストランパトリーでは、野菜ソムリエのシェフが、厳選した旬の野菜を使用し、皆様方に野菜本来が持つ旨みの極みを日々追い求め、ご提供致しております。実際に生産者の方とお会いして生の声を聞き、畑に直接出向いて選ぶ新鮮な野菜は、皆様方に自信を持ってご提供出来るものと確信致しております！この度は、この特色を十二分に感じ、満足頂けました事をとても嬉しく存じます。是に奢る事なく、更に皆様方からお喜び頂ける料理をご提供し続けられますよう努めて参ります。これからも神戸へお越しの折には、「ホテルピエナ神戸でないとね♪」と、思って頂けますよう、スタッフ一同一体となり取り組んで参りますので、末永いご愛顧を宜しくお願い申し上げます。ご投稿誠に有難うございました。

先日は、ホテルピエナ神戸にご宿泊賜りまして誠に有難うございました。また、ご感想を頂戴致しまして重ねて御礼申し上げます。私共は、ご利用下さいます全てのお客様に快適な、そして心地良いご滞在をお届けする事が出来ますよう、ホテル作りを始め、きめ細やかで心のこもったおもてなしを、日々心掛けております。この度のご滞在につきましては、お客様よりご満足のお声を頂戴する事が出来、大変嬉しく思います。ご朝食に関しましては、シェフが拘りを持って一品一品真心を込めた料理を沢山ご用意させて頂いており、旬の素材を使ったお惣菜や、その日の朝に焼き上げたフレンチトースト、１階菓子Ｓパトリーの自家製ジャムなど、ホテルピエナ神戸ならではのご朝食をご提供出来ますよう心がけております。これからも、一人でも多くのお客様から、ご満足のお声を聞く事が出来ますよう、向上心を忘れずにスタッフ一同努めて参りますので、今後もホテルピエナ神戸をご愛顧賜ります事を心より願っております。またのご来館をスタッフ一同楽しみにお待ち申し上げております。

先日はホテルピエナ神戸にご宿泊賜りまして誠に有難うございました。この度は当館の公式ホームページからご予約を頂戴致しておりましたので、ウェルカムスイーツとミルキッシュジャムの小瓶を6種類からおひとり様お一つずつお選び頂き、お渡し致しました。ミルキッシュジャムは、当館のオリジナル商品でございまして、モンドセレクション5年連続金賞受賞しております自慢の商品でございます。また、ご朝食につきましては、和洋バイキングとシェフパティシエ特製のプチスイーツをご用意致しております。特にスイーツは、朝から本格的な味を楽しめる、と多くのお客様よりご好評を頂いております。どれもお気に召して頂けましたようで、私共も大変嬉しく存じます。
ご意見頂きましたバスルームの件に関しましては、担当の者に申し伝え皆様方に今まで以上にお寛ぎ頂けます空間作りに励んで参ります。貴重なご意見有難うございました。

先日はホテルピエナ神戸をご家族でご利用頂き誠に有難うございました。お子様もアメニティーグッズをお気に召して頂けましたようで何よりでございます♪只今当館では、公式ホームページと直接の電話予約のお客様に特典がご用意致しておりまして、パティシエ自慢のウエルカムスイーツと、当館人気商品ミルキッシュジャムの小瓶を、６種類の味の中からお選び頂きプレゼントさせて頂いております！これは当館の特色を、少しでも皆様方に肌身で感じて頂き、「これからは神戸で泊まるならピエナだよね」と、思って頂けますように取り組んだオンリーワンの特典でございます。この度は、神戸のひとときを十二分に満喫して頂いた様子を拝見し、私共も自分の事のように嬉しく思います。これからも私共は、お客様の目線を日々忘れず、「当たり前の事こそ大切に」をスタッフ一同心掛け、ご利用下さいます皆様方の変え難いひとときを優しく演出し、お出迎えして参りますので、これからも末永いご愛顧のほど宜しくお願い申し上げます。また、大きくなられたお子様と、皆様方の元気なお姿を拝見出来ます日を楽しみにお待ち申し上げております。ご投稿誠に有難うございました。

先日は、ホテルピエナ神戸にご宿泊賜りまして誠に有難うございました。また、ご感想を頂戴致しまして重ねてお礼申し上げます。私共は、ご利用下さいます全てのお客様に気持ち良くお過ごし頂けるよう、ホテル作りを始め、きめ細やかで心のこもったおもてなしを、日々心掛けております。この度のご滞在につきましては、お客様よりご満足のお声を頂戴する事が出来、大変嬉しく思います。当ホテルはＪＲ私鉄各線三宮駅より徒歩約7分、新神戸駅より徒歩約12分の距離にございまして、神戸の主要観光地の1つ北野異人館へも徒歩圏内にございますので、観光やビジネスの拠点と致しましても大変便利かと存じます。また、お部屋のバスルームに関しましては、お客様にゆったりとお寛ぎ頂けますよう、少し大きめのバスタブをご用意させて頂いており、この度は快適なお時間をお過ごし頂けたようでなによりでございます。今後も、ご利用下さいます全てのお客様にご満足頂けるホテルを目指し、日々、きめ細やかで行き届いたサービスをお届け出来ますよう努めて参りますので、これからもホテルピエナ神戸をご愛顧賜りますよう宜しくお願い申し上げます。またのご来館をスタッフ一同心よりお待ち申し上げております。
