“Cheap - but dirty and dangerous”

Good-
Cheap. Close to the eki (station)
Bad-
Dirty, smelled of smoke, and we barely fit in our "large" room. The washer/dryer took money but were broken. More dangerous was the broken elevator that would suddenly close and keep closing even if you are standing in the door. I broke my glasses putting our luggage on the elevator. Staff reply: "Oh, we know about that already"

Needs a lot of work. We had one of the "bigger" rooms. You want a room like 501, that's a room with 2 beds. It was a larger room than the others in the hotel. You have to put your room key into the wall to turn on your lights. You could buy "adult" television. It was something like 300 Yen for 30 mins. It was a very odd place. You're close to the train station and the bus terminal but it isn't the nicest part of town.
