Stayed one night. The lobby is beautiful, but the rooms are old, plain and small. Bed was very comfortable, and bathroom was very clean. We were on the 16th floor. We requested a non-smoking room, but the whole floor and our room had a light smokey/mildewy odor. Carpet was very worn and dirty, walls need repainting. They charge extra for internet and it's only a cable line. Room was small (but larger than most Japanese hotels). We had a great view of the castle. The staff was very pleasant. Very easy access to shopping, all the major attractions and the tram line. Good coffee shop close by, and lots of choices for meals. I'm sure this was once the 'top' hotel here some 10+ years ago, they just need to update their rooms. Hiroshima is a very pleasant and interesting city to visit.

Great location. 5 min walking distance to main sites. Ocean and city view room both have amazing views. City side bedrooms are larger. Spacious bathrooms. Extra bathroom amenities. (combs/toothbrushes etc) Had shampoo and conditioner in shower. Buffet breakfast had many option american and japanese. The american food was undercooked. I would stay here again for a great launch site for sightseeing. Not romantic with two twin beds. Bed was firm but not too hard.

Stayed here at the end of June while touring Hiroshima & Miyajima. Had a very large-by-any-standard twin room, can't remember the floor but it was high up. The rectangular window was almost wall-to-wall with beautiful views overlooking the castle and towards the mountains. Excellent location, not far from either the Shinkansen or the airport bus stations and very near the Peace Park. Good breakfast buffet. Indoor pool.
