I have just finished a 9 day holiday in Japan and found the biggest problem was securing accomodation that was both spacious (we are a family of four with kids aged 3 and 5) and reasonable.
Step forward the little gem that is Sejour Fujita.
- Price JPY 8,4k per night for VIP room.
- The VIP room has two almost queen size beds, a balcony, a kitchenette and a decent bathroom and is very spacious and well laid out.
- Bedding was good quality and internet is free.
- Location is around 5-10 minutes from Peace Park in a quiet local neighborhood, we saw only a few restaurants close by but there is a supermarket close by where you can get pretty much what you need - there is a small kitchen in the room so you can self cater a little.
- Limited English is spoken but you can easily get by.
All in all a great little hotel and something I would highly recommend to anyone travelling with young children who is cost conscious.
