I travelled with my kid and stayed 4 night at Hotel Gracery during Christmas time. it is great hotel and just next to Bus Station, JR Station and Subway with minutes. And easy access to underground shopping mall with great resturants, and 2 big departments store. You do not have to get wet or worry about the snowy weather.

Stayed at Gracery Sapporo for 5 nights. The room is small but the location is very convenient. It's quiet and clean. I hope to come back to Gracery again and again! Keep up the good work!

The location is linked all the way to Sapporo JR station/subway station via the underground shopping link. We don't have to worry about the wind, rain or snow outside. With the hotel lift taking you to the basement, you can walked to the station all covered/shelted. It makes a great feeling when going out. The hotel staff was so helpful that she even offered to lend us her personal wireless router for us to surf web via phone. I thanked her, but did not take up her offer.
The hotel room (we booked tripper room) only provide wired internet connection for notebook/laptop only. Surfing via phone was not available. However, hotel lobby has a no. of internet pc for surfing.
I like to the facilitiies provided in the room, e.g facial gel, anti-bacteria spray for fabris, steamer to increase the humidities of the room, etc.

Modern glass facade. Staff can speak English and helpful. Service is good but I cannot say the same if you communicate via email as I did not get a reply. Ha! Value is reasonable. Each of us cost about $70 and there were 3 beds in a small room. Not big enough to put our luggages. Sleep quality is super. Very comfortable beds. Cleanliness is top notch. Location is fantastic as it is connect to Daimaru, Stellar Place via underground shopping belt. Room is neat with a small TV, small air-humidifier and a small fridge. No cupboard to keep your clothes but they provide built-in hooks and hangers. It was a non-smoking floor. Front office is on Level 7 so if you wish to smoke, you need to get to Level 1 and beat the cold. Lawson convenient store is 5 mins away to the left of the hotel. No swimming pool and no fitness centre but they have a lounge with complimentary coffee where you can surf the internet. No complimentary wi-fi. Ideal if you are travelling as a couple.
