We stayed for two nights in the beginning of July. The twin beds and sofa bed were more than enough for us (two adults, two children, 11 & 7). Clean, stylish rooms, good service in English. Breakfast has both Japanese and Western fare, would recommend the Japanese stuff. Bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs were pretty weak, whereas e.g. steamed meatball dimples were very, very good!
We stayed on 21st floor, great view of the park. The hotel is on the edge of Susukino, which is the local entertainment/bar/nightclub/restaurant area. This didn't bother us one bit.
The bar on the 25th floor was very nice, bartender made great non-alcoholic drinks for the kids and poured them with style!
