I stayed here with 3 friends on my first evening in Hokkaido. We arrived in Sapporo from Hong Kong late in the evening and needed a place to stay near the train station and our car rental company.
The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station.
The hotel's reception is not on the street level, you have to take the elevator to go up one level. Check-in was swift and the room was clean. My friend and I stayed in a room with 2 single beds and I felt comfortable but I thought they could have given us an extra rack for our suitcase. Even though we each had a small suitcase (the kind you can use as a carry-on) we only had room for one suitcase in the room. The air-conditioning was also quite weak and even though the weather was cool in the evening I felt warm in the room.
I would stay at the Hotel Crest Sapporo next time. It's cheaper, the room is far bigger and it's located right next to the train station.

A conveniently situated hotel, just north of Sapporo station. Its more of a business hotel - so its smaller and not entirely catering to tourists ( may not have good English skills) BUT its cheap and clean and great value. Near the university, and a nice neighbourhood to explore and find indie cool bars, restaurants, and soup curry places.

また口コミへのご投稿も有り難うございます。
但し禁煙ル―ムでお申込み頂いたにも拘らず喫煙ルームご案内？
に関しましては大変失礼致しました。
当ホテルの禁煙ルームは全体の約半数御座いますので、ご予約時に禁煙・喫煙を承っており
ます。従いまして、ご予約の時点で禁煙ルームが満室でしたら喫煙のお部屋を消臭対応と
言う事で承っておりますが、今回は何か手違いがあったのかも知れません。
大変申し訳御座いませんでした。
又、ツインルームの広さに関しましては、通常スタンダードツイン17.3㎡とコーナーツイン
20㎡とデラックスツイン38㎡の３タイプ御座います。今後もう少し広めをご希望の際には、
各タイプをお試し頂けると幸いです。
それでは、またのご利用をお待ち致しております。
