My husband and I love Hokkaido, so we have been there for few times and this is the 5th time we went there, we hv stayed over 10 hotels in Hokkaido, and this is the worst hotel we hv ever stayed.
We booked the room 2 weeks before we checked-in and requested for non-smoking room, but the hotel staff advised there was no non-smoking room available when we arrived, this is absolutely unacceptable as it is not possible that they could not release a non-smoking room during last 2 weeks. All of our clothes were full of stinky smell after a night!!!
The bed is too small if compare with other Sapporo hotels, that caused our sleep quality very poor...
The cleaning lady would not clean up the used tea cup and would not clear the rubbish, just left them in room...
The staff cannot speak good English so it was difficult to communicate with them
The location is fine but this is not the only hotel in Sapporo located conveniently, so there is no reason to come again!!!

“comfortable and clean western style hotel”
Good location, relatively easy to get to from the local station, although dragging fat baggage through the snowy streets of Sapporo can be a pain.
Close enough to Susukino for the Snow Festival.
Good size room, nice and clean, comfortable sleep, lovely and warm after a long tiring day out in the snowy city. Typical decent western style hotel.
Free internet, just plug the LAN cable into your laptop in your room.

“Great Spot”
Excellent location, next to Motomarchi, across road from Airport Bus, close to Odori and Susukino. Best Western/Japanese breakfast going, with real fried eggs sunny side up, plenty of food nothing stingy. Everyone very efficient and friendly. Only fault is smell of smoke in non smoking corridor and rooms, but that is common in Japan.
