I stayed in a twin room on the 8th floor. By Japanese standards, it was huge. It had one of the biggest bathrooms I have even seen in a Japanese hotel room, complete with a deep bathtub and a seperate glass-door shower. At first glance everything looks really great, but once you look closer you could see the flaws. Wallpaper peeling from the walls, scuffs and paint missing from all over the dresser, flecks of wood chipped from the door, and what looked like mold or rust surrounding the shower. You can really tell the place has seen better days and it's in dire need of an update. On the plus side, the rate was really cheap. Also it has a great location, not far from Susukino (which has lots of bars, clubs, shopping, etc) and less then a 10 minute walk from then nearest subway station. Even with the shabby-ness of the room, I probably would stay there again.
