amazing for the hotel that hv wonderful trip. the location near JR station & hv good view

The hotel is well located being close to the main JR station [and shopping] with access to the underground just outside the hotel. Also for added convenience there is a regular, direct airport bus from Chitose Airport to the hotel. The hotel itself feels a little dated and in need of an update but as is often the case in Japan the common areas a well maintained and clean. The rooms too have a similar feel and are smaller than what might be considered standard in most Western style hotels, the standard rooms have those "moulded" style bathrooms which also may not be to everyone's liking. The buffet breakfast mixed both Western and Japanese styles. We managed to find a very competitive rate on the hotel website so booking directly might be a good option. Overall an acceptable though not "exciting" option if you have a few days in Sapporo [especially as the oom rate was no where near other similarly rated hotels] before trekking off to the nearby mountain country side for skiing or bush walking.
