We stayed here while visiting friends in Hangzhou. They made/paid for our reservations and so I can't comment on the price. The room size were fine and the beds were comfortable. There were large windows that opened toward a lake view. The negatives were the stained carpets and the bathrooms that needed some TLC (shower was moldy looking). I was unable to ever get the free internet to work in my room. The breakfast was very much catered toward a local Chinese traveller, but we managed to find food that we liked on the buffet. (I didn't realize that milk, juice, and water are only served warm at breakfast.) I feel like we had a good experience at how a real Chinese traveler would stay.
