I stayed here for just one night in December for business.

It's a more a Residence than a hotel, although it's possible also to stay for very short periods.
It's a very brand new building, rooms are excellent, spacious, everyone furnished with kitchen and everything needed to an medium/long term accomodation.

Location is just in the new and being developed business center, becming the financial backoffice of the future Shanghai financial center development.

Everything is there tomake a business stay at top, all buisness services are provided.
Pricing is a bit high or Hangzhou for a short stay.

I suggest it

My Family and I Stayed for 2 weeks evaluating a relocation to hangzhou. the two bedroomed apartment was just perfect. Everything you would need for long term stay. However, the front desk staff either have no training or just plain careless. No appreciation of the concept of hospitality. Asking for a taxi whilst it was raining with a three year old, came the attitude 'oh, please go to the street to find one'!!!

our son then had his comforter bear either taken by mistake or otherwise by housekeeping. After asking the front desk many times to check, they never once apologised or followed up whether it was found or not. Thank you oakwood!!!

However, there was one saving grace, the maitre'd at the restaurant, named 'Tracy' who provided a lot of care and attention to our son and us. Certainly, over and above her responsibilities. So thank you Tracy! I cannot say the same for the rest of the front desk staff!

The room is big and the pillow and bed were good. The kitchen facility is great. The location is a bit west in the town and this is not good for traveler. The receiptionist really need to improve in their service, they are not willing to help in calling a taxi and always said "i am not sure whether i can get you one" and without any suggestion to us.

After all this is a good residence with good value.

the front desk is lost at sea and under staffed. really inept at dealing with humans.
