stayed here because location was ideal on a business trip.
Breakfast was okay, the usual Chinese all you can eat of veggies, congee, noodles, and lousy bacon and sausage plus a boiled egg or decently fried egg.
Rooms have not been vacuumed in ages, beds are hard, some bathrooms are dirty.
Pretty typical Chinese routine---build it nice, then move the dust around, maintain nothing until it falls apart, then replace!
I would only recommend if you must be in the area (southeast Kunming).
They will do light ironing for free, but if you are planning on a week's stay, bring your own clorhes iron! They don't have any to lend.
