Recently refurbushed the hotel has very decent rooms- free internet (cable) small bathroom
staff is well trained and willing
restaurant has not bee refurbished yet and is too small when hotel is full. Food offerings are ridiculous (very little choice during their buffet dinners)

This hotel is just fine, clean rooms, the beds are hard, breakfast is good, but lunch & dinner are so so

This is an older building thT has been tastefully refurbished. Not extravagant but quality, comfort, clean, well maintained and well priced. Staff are a delight and assist wherever possible in a quiet, understated way. Restaurant is good.

The last years I did stay many times in this hotel, but the spirit, service and quality is totally gone. It seems they will cut down the building and close the hotel very soon. This stay the staff at the parking place, the concierge and especial the employees at the frontdesk are very unfriendly. The food for breakfast is dirty and almost not eatable. Other people and we did walk out without eating. We did not see any foreigner anymore, while in the past many people from outside china did enjoy this hotel .... it's all gone.
Also following the 'Chinese Standard' it is bad choice to stay there.
