This was rather convenient to shopping areas and other attractions, though about 25 minutes from the airport. The lobby is nice, and rooms are fairly clean. The room I had even had a computer with internet access. The beds are hard as a rock, though, and made for a bit of a rough sleep, and only have a comforter for a top, not sheets or blankets.
There were slippers provided, two bottled waters daily, nice towels and a decent shower and bathroom, though over 2 stays, one didn't drain well. Make sure to request floor 15 for non-smoking, otherwise you will likely need fresh sheets due to previous smokers...regardless if they were changed or not. Even with that, there were enough inconsiderate boobs who still smoked on the 15th floor.
The breakfast was decent, though not set up fully until 7:30. The restaurant food was pretty good for the banquet. I also did manage to get treated for a stomach bug at the clinic that I picked up in LiJiang. The doctor (about 60+ woman) took pretty decent care and got me up and going.
Beware that outside of the room, there are no regular toilets....only squatty potties. They really need to invest in that aspect. For that alone, I probably wouldn't return.
There were other amentites there that I didn't use, like fitness center, massage, and more. Given my other experiences, I'd guess they would be pretty good too.
