The staff try to be helpful, but their command of English is abysmal. I usually had to go through at least 3 different staffers in order to get something as simple as an address to write down for a cab driver. The beds are hard as rocks. The shower curtains have mold on them, and the lighting in the room is too dim and depressing. The place simply isn't clean. The restaurant upstairs is decent, but if you are not Chinese, the staff will stand around and stare at you eating, which is incredibly unnerving.
Room Tip: Go somewhere else.
