Upon arrival and after showing my voucher I was told that there was no reservation for me. After about 40 mins, they eventually comfirmed my reservation. The room was dark and dismal and although I booked a "park view", I was given a view over the city. This wasn't too bad as I wasn't going to spend all day looking out of the window. The decor in the room was on need of refurbishment, the carpet was stained. In the bathroom, the only towels were bath towels, no hand towels and no bath mat. The lead for the internet was so short that it did not reach my PC unless I pushed my pc to the very edge of the desk. The hotel Chinese restaurant is very very good but not cheap. The cafe for breakfast is again very dark and dismal. I did not have breakfast there but called for a snack which was mediocre and expensive. This hotel is bordering on a 3 star but they are refurbishing so things should improve. The location of the holel is good being only 30 mins from airport. a few mins walk to the metro, close to shops and a nice park just across the road to sit and relax.
