I stayed in this hotel during last canton fair for 2 night...hotel is an old but central hotel..breakfast was okii on the top "revolving" floor ...you need to change elevators at some stage to reach there.... although there are 4 elevators during peak hours I need several minutes to catch an elevator...

Its a regular Chinese hotel, all of them are high on per room space allocation. They provide all facilities and features. A good breakfast in the morning is important for a business traveler who will be out working all day. The top floor revolving restaurants provides for the same aptly. IMPORTANT win win for this one is the location, heart of the city well connected to everywhere, nice simple "7 eleven" right at the door step provides all. Staff is conversant with english (not so well but does the job). All in all works well for business people who are there to be out in the field all day and get back after a days hard work to a nice spacious shower and bed situation.

Stayed for the second timenin this hotel.
Is really going down!
First room on excecutive floor was ver y noisy due to the elevator motors.
Seems that all the rooms on this floor and floor above (42), who are all excecutive rooms suffer this problem when checking the reception!
So i could upgrade to a suite, what i did, even so this was below standard.....
Second and last time
Opposite of the street is the new crown plaza, cheaper and just opened!!! Nice so book overthere ( they have even staff that understand english)

Unless you are desperate for accomodation, l suggest you find a a different hotel. The hotel is under renovation from 8am to 8pm daily, on Sundays they start early - to make sure nobody gets any rest.
