The people are very kind , speak english (that's rare in Novosibirsk), food,the room and the service is very good :)

I had a good sized single room with a very comfortable single bed, satellite TV and bathroom with good shower in the bath. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and spoke good English. There is boiling hot and cold drinking water available by the lifts on each floor. By any standards a good place to stay.

If ordering a taxi to the airport I recommend that you ask reception to ring for a city taxi rather than use a hotel taxi. I did this and paid 350 roubles at 4.30 am to go to the airport. The driver was on time, spoke English and was very helpful. I heard that other westerners had paid double that and more in a hotel taxi.

Airport to hotel is about 20 minutes. Hotel is not in the city centre with shopping, bars and so on, but personaly as business traveler I have no need for that. Hotel is still Russian style, but not in a grade that it bothered me.
Good thing is, they have a bar, sauna and discotheck for those who like it.
I left the restaurant out of above for the reason that it is outstanding. Good Russian and international manu and OK winelist. Service all over the hotel is very good. Will go there next time without doubt.

Very good service attitude, staff on every floor. Clean, nice well maintained and a heaven for smokers. Smoking allowed everywhere, but without the downsides. I loved everything and they have my recommendations.
