The staff was very pleasant helpful and friendly.
The hotel has potential, but has no spirit. rooms are very small, in some of the rooms there is no A/C.
Breakfast is reasonible, but not more than that.

The whole hotel and property is central and nicely situated, it looks like a swiss chalet. The rooms are small though, not a lot room to move, amenities are good, but not outstanding. restaurant is excellent, with good staff.
The reception personnel however needs some extra training in politeness (calls to the room with 'do you know you have 20 minutes till check out' and not in the service oriented manner). Wifi has to be paid for.
