The Delta Hotel is a good choice in Irkutsk. Relatively new and well maintained, rooms are nicely furnished and clean. Excellent shower. The complimentary buffet breakfast provided an excellent choice of vegetables, fruit, cheese, meat, hot items and if you are up to it a good selection of pastries. Reception staff speak English and are very helpful. Restaurant has a comprehensive menu. We ate one dinner at the hotel and rated it excellent. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the main street where there is avoid selection of restaurants.
