Charming place in a great location! On the main pedestrian street in N. Novgorod just steps away from shops, restaurants and cafes. About a 10-15 minute walk to the Kremlin and the Volga. Amazing breakfast! So many things to choose from, and all so tasty! Breakfast was so filling that I didn't need to eat lunch. Room was tidy and modern with ice cold air conditioning which was greatly appreciated in the middle of a hot Russian summer.
I can't say enough kind things about the staff here - they were beyond helpful and friendly. The day I was checking out of the hotel, I had an evening train that night. In addition to letting me store my bags there for the day while I was out exploring, the desk clerk told me that I was more than welcome to take a shower at the end of the day when I came back for my bags. I never would have thought to ask for this, and she just offered out of the blue!
