Elevators seems to be the only thing that can work there without generating problems from nothing. Having good facilities this 4* hotel underperforms in the following:

1. You are not allowed to get to the entrance by the car. Security stops you outside parking and then you need to go to entrance on your own whatever luggage you have. Of course they don't have porters.

2. Credit cards terminals are not functioning very often. Don't be mistaken by the Visa and Mastercard stickers on the door - check first at the receiption if the terminal works today and use your luck or just pay cash because the problem with terminals could last a week.

3. Check the price the hotel charges! It can be different from what you booked before. They tried to charge more but gave up when I protested.

4. They couldn't advice you with the prices ahead if you want to stay couple days more because "someone" set the prices in the last moment.

5. Breakfast is below average - just food that was here yesterday.

6. You can pay neither "on account" nor by credit card in the bar. By the way if they don't have change - they will send you to reception for it :)

7. Blankets seems to be taken from doss-house so if you're sensitive to such kind of things - bring your own.

8. At the entrance they placed 4 ATMs that primarily used for cash withdrawals by the townspeople. If you see crowd there and can't get in - it's just salary day on the local plant.

9. In the end - you can't leave feedback to hotel administration - special book is always "somewhere" but not at the receiption.

Stayed 2 nights on business. Hotel was clean and well kept. Restuarant was excellent. Russian language skills a must.
