This hotel was a nightmare from the start. We arrived as planned, went to the location on the web site map and there was no hotel there. We next went to the address listed on the web site and there was no hotel sign, no one there to meet us and no indication at all that there even was a hotel anywhere in the vicinity. We went to another hotel and had assistance from a guest there who made a bunch of phone calls but could find no one who had even heard of any hotel at that location. Finally had a child walk into acourtyard area who knew of some rooms being rented. We went upstairs into an old, dimly lit broken down building and finally talked with a woman there. She showed us to a room and told us that she only accepted cash payment. We stayed 4 nights because all other rooms in the area were booked. The room was never cleaned during our entire stay. Had to ask for clean towels several times. Dirty dishes in the room when we arrived and the same dishes there when we left 4 days later. TV had 1 or 2 working channels, no phone, intermittent hot water. Courtyard leading to main entrance in a back alley and very dark and scary. No real reception desk and no one present for assistance prior to 10 AM and after 5 PM.
