Old Estate is surely the best hotel in Pskov. I stayed there 3 times in 2009 and 2010. And I have no doubts I will choose this hotel again during each of my next tips to Pskov.

The hotels has a very good location. It is in about 5-8 munites walk from the city-center and from the Cremlin, as well as from the famous Gold Quay with nearest local restaurants and bars. At the same time is stands in a quiet district of the town so you can easily avoid any noise and crowds in the streets. The hotel is in just a few steps from beautiful Pskova river embankment and if you wish to get to the other side you can use a small bridge.

In front of the hotel entrance you can see one of famous old churches in Pskov.

Beautifully decorated rooms are spacious and clean. The completely equipped bathroom is modern and comfortable. The bed and especially mattress and bed-clothes are really fantastic!

The hotel provides a very good breakfast with an impressively wide choice of food: porridge, corn flakes, boiled eggs, fried eggs, omelette, bacon, cutting of cheese and sausage, potato, tomato and other vegetables, pancakes and cheesecakes, bread abd roll batch and fancy bread, milk, kefir, tea, coffee, juice and a busket of fresh fruit.

From 7am till 9 am in the morning each guest staying in any type of room may use a part of SPA-center situated on the ground floor of the hotel. It is free of charge. The offer includes usage of swimming pool with hydromassage, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a pair bath, a shower, and locker room with personal key and fresh towel. At the other time of the day the swimming pool and all the other services in SPA-center are at extra-charge.

The hotel also has a beautifully decorated bar with a wide choice of drinks and snacks, a room-service and an elegant lobby-bar with TV-lounge.

Service, food, cleanliness, parking area - everything is of a very high standard.

I really enjoyed this place as the best one to stay in Pskov!
