Very good hotel especially it is the only decent hotel in the city of Archangels.
The rooms are clean and well kept; there is a maid on each floor of the hotel. Hotel room includes breakfast which was varied and plentiful. Make sure not to lose the little breakfast vouchers that they give you during the checking in. It was good that they accepted my Amex card for payment.
There is a horde of workers sweeping and mopping the front and the entrance hall because of the snow and ice.
There seem to be lot people traffic to the hotel lobby as there is a convenient store adjacent to the hotel as well other business across. So people were using the hotel lobby as a pass through.
There are at least five good restaurants ( Argentina, czch , russia,...) within a short walk from the hotel. Overall I was pleased with this experience.

It is the only hotel I've tried in Arkhangelsk so I have nothing to compare with. But I checked out a standard room before I upgraded to junior suite. The standard room is sad, whilst the junior suite looks more like a Norwegian standard room. The hotel restaurant is good, but the wine is of poor quality.
They have a fun rule in Arkhangelsk; if you check in after 23:00 you do not pay for the night.
