We chose this hotel because of the great price offer. However we were deceived with the location. We were told that it is just a few subway stops from the center, however it took us an hour to get there. The neighbirhood is very noisy, and seemed unsafe. The hotel is very basic, with absolutely no advantages. The room was poor, with a terrible bed. There was a hair in the sink.Service level is a bit higher than an average US motel.

We just returned from a week in Russia where we stayed at the hotel Milan in Moscow.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were taken care of completely by the staff at the hotel. We were amongst a group of friends meeting from different countries and Nina and Olga from the reservations team were amazing at helping us arrange transport from the various airports and making sure all our needs were taken care of during our stay.
We were impressed at the standard of the accomodation at the hotel, we have stayed in some of the best hotels and the Milan was extremely comfortable, infact the bed was possibly the most comfortable we have slept in whilst on holiday! We upgraded to a suite and the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean and the bathroom had a huge bath tub big enough for two!
The breakfast had a good choice of tasty food including English and continental choices.
We ate in one of the restaurants and ordered room service and the food was good each time.
The airport is close to the airport and very convenient for travel.
The cost was very reasonable for a hotel of such good standard and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

This is a pleasant enough hotel about 20-30 minutes from Domededevo Airport and right next to a direct metro line to Red Square. The rooms are respectable - nice view from the higher floors - though the TV had only channels and only one in English (Bloomberg). Internet was fine and worked by cable and there is a decent enough business center on the first floor. The restaurant was reasonable and lots of sports on the televisions (soccer, of course), though I found the couches around the tables to extremely unpleasant. Breakfast is reasonable as well, with a good selection of fish, cheese, etc., as well as fresh omelettes and the usual dreary Russian coffee. There is a large shopping center across the street with a Starbucks as well. Excellent if you need or want to be near Domededevo Airport - if you are coming in to Sheremeyetevo, forget about this hotel.

Good quality, good localization if connection to DME airport is required!
