Great hotel with that great Ritz Carlton service, which means a lot in Russia. The location is superb -- right across from Red Square. The hotel has a nice gym, indoor pool and spa. The views from the outdoor terrace on 12 and the indoor bar are simply amazing, especially at night.

This hotel will be forever memorable. We stayed on the Club floor over Christmas and it was superb. The swimming pool spa area is exceptional and I highly recommend it. The staff at this hotel were attentive and extremely polite. Should I ever need to visit Moscow again, this hotel would be my choice.

Very good hotel perfectely located on the animated Tverskaia street, near the Red Sq and Bochoi theatre. Luxuous hall and rooms. I just wished we had a better view from our room. But we enjoyed the view from the roof bar. Service quality is good. But breakfast quality / choice could have been really better. Overall this is a very good hotel.

Spent 2 nights at the Ritz-Carlton in Moscow, on a great deal through www.whatahotel.com. Staff were helpful and friendly, room (on a high floor, overlooking the city) was fantastic, and fantastic location for sighseeting!
