The hotel is okay for business travelers, but not for leisure travelers. There is no concierge to help make arrangements or provide information about tourist activities such as tours, etc. The front desk personnel do not have the knowledge level necessary to help with these types of requests, nor do they have the time.
Watch out for the wake-up call service as they forgot to call us one day. This is not good if you have an important appointment.
Rooms are clean, but a bit noisy if you are near the Georgian restaurant that is attached to the hotel. However, avoid the 2nd floor, as for some reason you will hear the rumble of the metro trains passing underground every three minutes until 12:30 am each day. They start up again at about 5:30 am.
