Here is a budget hotel. It's situated far from the city center and pretty far from metro station. I guess you shouldn't stay at the hotel, if you don't hire a car. I've got an experience with Single room and Double Standart room. Singl was awful, but double - not so bad. There is no bath in standart rooms, only shower. The breakfust was the same daily and not so tasty. Wi-Fi is available in rooms for free, but it's unreal slow.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. A reasonable price for Moscow. The room was very nice, big, comfortable and clean. Bathroom also ok and very clean. Breakfast is bufet and it is nice too. The girls at the reception are nice and speak English quite well. The only low point about this hotel is the wifi connection as it does not work properly ( very slow connection at all times).
The closest metro station is at 10 minutes walking. The train takes about 15 minutes to the center. Not bad considering the city you are staying.
I do recommend this hotel!!

Room and bathroom were very nice and vary clean. The heating works. Tasty and enormous breakfast. The staff was very nice. Everyone speaks English.
The hotel is located at a quiet green street. It takes no longer than 10-15 minutes by walk to get to the metro station. There are a pharmacy and a grocery store very close to the hotel.

As you konw, I work in Kuwait and we are subject to the muslim calendar.
Again, we've given four days aff with very short notice.
This time I decided to visit Moscow.
Most of the hotels you can book on-line were full, so the Maxima Zarya was one of the few available.
There were no triple room on line so I called the hotel.
The lady onthe phone gave me a confirmation and a reservation number and she didn`t ask for my credit card, so I got a little suspicious.
When we arrived, we found an extremelly friendly staff, fluent in English and willing to help.
The hotel is really clean, the room are spacious, the heating WORKS, breakfast is OK.
Even when not centrally located, it takes only 20 to 25 minutes by metro to reach the Red Square.
Once again, the staff is superb. One of the young ladies at the reception desk even wrote a note I handed to pharmacist across the street, so I got the over-the-counter medicine I needed.
If you are not willing to spend over 500 dollars a night, I strongly recommend this hotel.
