The hotel is located on the bank of the Moskva River and is a part of the Complex «City Crocus».
Underground "Мякинино" is near this hotel. In hotel there are more than 200 numbers. Standard two types: idle time with a kind on pavilions and improved with a kind on the river Moscow. In number the big safe, two beds, a shower cabin, the hair dryer etc. the Interior very cosy.

First impressions on entering lobby were OK - it was clean. Staff were not very friendly, although I'm not surprised as there were some very rude customers.
The room was terrible. The window overlooked an exhibition room so it was dark in the room all the time.
It had no heating. We had to ask for a heater to be brought to the room. When my wife asked the staff what happens in winter, the guy said "it gets very cold" and shrugged his shoulder. The "air conditioning" didn't do much.
The walls were paper thin ans the couple next door making love might as well have been in the same room.
The supplied toiletries for one person for a double room, we had to ask for more.
The "double" bed was actually two singles pushed together.
We were warned by another resident not to trust the food since she had gotten food poisoning from it.
The only positives were it was clean, and very convenient for attending an exhibition in the Crocus centre.

Overall, unless you are attending an exhibition in Crocus, stay well away. The value for money was terrible and there are lots of hotels at this price which would be much better. With Moscow's excellent Metro system, find somewhere else closer to the city centre.

The hotel is quite comfortable because it is new and modern. It is true that the building materials look very cheap. However I had a good stay. If possible, take rooms with river view (more expensive), because the standard rooms look sadly on a dark store/parking lot/or whatever, you cannot open the window. However, for business trips when you use the room only for sleeping, it was more than acceptable. Breakfast was quite good in my experience. Restaurant ok but service quite slow and rude. The point is: if you need to visit a fair in Crocus Expo, you have almost no choice, because this hotel is absolutely the best option, if you stay there you don't need taxis or subways to get to the Expo Center.

The hotel is located in Crocus Expo conference center, which is convenient for going to a conference. But not for anything else!

When I entered my room I was shocked. Because it was completely dark at 3 pm and smelled very bad. My window was facing some kind of a covered parking lot, so it was never any light in the room.

The interior of the hotel looks extremely boring. The construction materials are cheap and although it is very new it doesn’t look shiny.

I had free fast Internet (which was nice). Breakfast was included (not that nice, but edible). The restaurant is basically 20 tables in a lobby (boring!), but the food is alright. There is also room service, although I am not sure you would want to eat in the room (or be there at all when you don’t really have to).

The staff was not friendly. Well.. they were when I was dressed up for the conference. But when I came down for breakfast wearing a t-shirt, nobody seemed to notice me, even when I tried to arrange a taxi to the airport.

To sum up, I had a really bad experience in that hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone!!!
