Best Western Bucovina is in a very good location. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Finding a convenient ATM, small supermarket where I picked up a
few containers of spices to add to my collection. The painted monasteries are not
too far away. The breakfast was good. The evening buffet was uninspired. Lots
of tourist buses and tour groups. We had a small balcony overlooking the town.

We stayed here for two nights while touring Romania as it is a good base for the painted monasteries. I liked the dark wood furniture, which was a bit "Hansel & Gretel".
There was no aircon.
The bathroom was small, albeit reasonably well laid out, but the fittings were a bit cheap and nasty and some cases, coming off the walls. The loo seat had presumably broken at some point as it had been replaced with a cheapo platic seat that didn't fit and which slid about 5cms to the right when you sat on it. The shower was rather weedy and even though it was a fitted cubicle with small glass panels at the side, it still had a curtain across the door. The floor of the shower flexed up and down when I stood on it (and I only weigh 43kg, in case you're wondering!)
There is free wi-fi and I had no problem accessing it in my room.
We ate dinner there the first night. It was a very poor buffet. Breakfast wasn't much better.

We stayed here with a British tour group to see the nearby painted monasteries. It's in the town center, but the principal noises come from nearby roosters and dogs. The hotel is clean, with nicely decorated rooms, stall showers (some of which leak onto the bathroom floor from hidden cracks), good towels, free wi-fi, and breakfasts with all you would need except that the juice is sweetened colored flavored water. The staff is pleasant and some speak English. I was, frankly, surprised at the overall high quality of a hotel in a remote town in the Bukovina area.

I stayed here on my trip through Transylvania and without a doubt this was the nicest hotel I stayed. The painted monastery of Voronet is nearby. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Nice decorations, the room were really cool. Nice clean bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. The scenery from my window was cool. Restaurant had really nice food and the staff was also nice. Shame i only had one night at this location.
