On the wall of the hotel you can find 4 stars, but it is actually a 3 star hotel.
Golden Tulip Hotels do have 4 stars, the Tulip Inn have 3 stars.
If you received your doorkey in a holder from two guest before you is absolutely not done.
We booked a room with a balcony via booking.com. We got a room with a double bed, but the mattress was not ok, so I asked the reception for an other bed. They showed me one more room with the same problems. and they told me that all the rooms have the same conditions of the mattress. Finally we got a room with two beds and good mattresses and had a very good sleep.

This hotel although is Tulip Inn, it's recognized a 4 star hotel. We have all papers from Government and even Golden Tulip Chain recognize our hotel as a 4 star. For a classification please use the fallowing link:
