Excellent customer service - very helpful staff, especially Front Office staff - everyone was very nice. Many thanks to Flavius who went out of his way to make sure our stay is a great one and this is the reason why we returned to the Hotel. Nice accomodations and very good breakfast included in the rate. We definitely reccomend this hotel as the best one in Arad.
