We are on a timeshare exchange last Sept. 2011 for 3 weeks. We got a one bedroom suite as there was no 2-bedroom available (downgrade for us), but the service was great especially the housekeeping team. Everyday, our room was always cleaned with new linens. When the 2-bedroom became available, they moved us & this room was great for our needs. It was spacious & we were able to entertain friends & relatives. Most of the amenities were met (A/C, hot & cold H2O,hair dryer, full kitchen,internet service,iron/ironing board). Our suite have a maid's room & laundry room. That is where I wish they have a washer &dryer compared to a condo in the States). The check-in/check out staff, bellboys & receptionist were all polite & helpful. The RCI team were all very helpful to our needs. We cannot complain & we informed RCI of our satisfaction. We also told our friends & relatives that we highly recommend this place when they visit the Philippines in the future. Breakfast though was expensive & spread was not that great for the price.Greater condo if there is a washer/dryer in the suite. Submitted by Morninggirl, Florida,USA

We booked a two bedroom suite (overnight stay) for my cousin's bridal shower. The staff was very accomodating to our last minute booking. And when we arrived at the hotel, the bellboys were ready to assist and had smiles on their faces. Check in went smooth and the suite was clean and full of light. We also didnt wait too long for our bags. However, the internet wasnt working well and we didnt ask for assistance because it was already late when we noticed it and since it was a busy bridal shower, the internet was not so crucial. Other great points - the kitchen is a great asset. What we also liked about Astoria was that unlike in other hotels, they understand the guests' needs like food delivery, number of guests coming in. Perfect for long staying guests and families and is highly recommended for personal events like birthday parties, bridal showers, etc... Most of all, Excellent Service.

I stayed 18 days in Astoria Plaza with my family. Dec. 15-2011 to Jan. 3, 2012, in two bed room suites. Rate was great. Room was clean, people and services were awesome. Breakfast was more than expected .
Transportation great. few blocks to Mega Mall. Location at the center of everything.
What I owe you is to come again very soon.

We chose Astoria Plaza Hotel for my wedding preparation hotel because it's near our church and reception venue. the room that they gave was so huge everybody in my family can fit inside our 2 bedroom suite! My wedding suppliers all came in and the hotel was OK with it. Maybe because they are used to it already.

Breakfast buffet was also great and I really liked it!
