If you like casino games, this is the place to stay, if not you can find better hotel for less money. the rooms are okay and the large bed is one of the most comfortable i have found in the philippines. the biggest problem with the hotel is price. the room is priced a little high then you dont get anything complimentary. everything is extra and over priced. even internet usage is extra while even the cheaper hotels offer it complimentary. i didnt even have a refrigerator in my room to keep drinks cold. although they will bring you a bucket of ice if you call and ask. the best thing about the hotel if staff. they are very friendly and helpful.
Restaurant Tip : The hotel restaurant is very pricey. You can walk just down the side street without having to cross any traffic though and find a kenny rogers roasters, chow king, and a few other restaurants to eat at.

Stayed at the Heriatage for two days and nights before. Heading out of the Philippines. The hotel was average and over priced!
Breakfast was good not great, staff did not bother to replace empty buffett items. The only thing nice about staying there it was close to the airport.

We booked the Heritage on Expedia and got a great rate of $60 AUD for the night. We only wanted something close to the airport as we had a late flight in and early flight out the next morning. I loved it, thought it was very clean, easy check in and most of it was the best breakfast that I had in the Philippines, the buffet was huge and there was so much choice. Breakfast was also included in that rate.

We felt safe in this hotel and I personally did not find it loud as other reviews mention. We were high up though, so not sure if that made the difference.

The security out the front helping with cabs were amazing as well. They take all the details down of the cab for safety and give it to you in case there is a problem. The first cab we got into could speak english until we mentioned we wanted to go to the airport, he could no longer speak english and turned around and took us back to the Heritage. When we got out the security asked what the problem was, we had no idea, the security then asked for the paper he wrote the details on and said that cab would be reported and no longer welcome at that hotel. Even if they did not follow that through it made us feel safe and happy. Other hotels do not check the cab out at all, these guys were very helpful.

If you want a hotel close to the airport that is CLEAN, SAFE and has great breakfast then this is the place. I would stay here again without doubt, but book a cheaper room rate on Agoda or Expedia :)

- old room interior
- bathrooms not meeting the expectations
- pool not usable because next to Roxas Blvd (20m)
- large tourist groups flood the hotel
