The website shows a nice and clean place with lots of amenities. Dont believe it. The hotel is old and run down. There was a huge cockroach on the floor and a spider on the phone. The rooms smell funny, the toilet seat is broken, and the phone system is unreliable to make outgoing and receive incoming calls. Spend more money and get a better place.

the reception staff where very nice and helpful, we were given a nice room with the furniture a little bit old but that was fine.

the only problem was that in one of the bathrooms there was no hot water, but that was fine too because of the hot summer in Manila...and there was a small leak in the tub.

Room service did a good job.

Sunnette ? Well to be honest this hotel is not really good. You pay for high price but not good....the floor is not nice so with the bedroom. And the cr is untidy.
This hotel is not deserving to pay for a high price...

The Hotel was a complete rip off. It was unclean and in need of repair. The ninety dollar (per night) was a complete over charge. the toilet in the bath room leaked, the showers leaked from the ceiling and the whole room smelled like Cigarette Dukie. The wood floor has huge cracks in it. Needless to say I did not enjoy my stay there. And unless you are a "john" and only need it for an hour or so-....Stay away...stay far away......
