“"great location and service"”

On arrival we were greeted by Eric who was very helpful, and obliging. We stayed on the 15th floor and were not disappointed. The rooms were well suited and to a good standard. Everything was clean with a good quality bathroom and good hot water and pressure. The location is excellent and very close to the Greenbelt shopping area. It can be walked to in about 5-7 minutes. We tried to get a late checkout but couldn't given they were booked out however even this being the case they offered us the services of a Residence Room located on the 10th floor where we could stay, relax and even shower. The only drawback was the breakfast which was very disappointing and not to Western dietary standards and overpriced cost of Internet service. Especially when one can walk to the Greenbelt and buy a coffee from Starbucks or another shop and use their wifi at no cost.

Room Tip: Make sure to get a non smoking floor if not a smoker.

“Great location!”

One of the greatest things about this serviced apartment is its
Location! Situated within a 5 minute (yes,I timed it) walk to the front dor of Greenbelt 1, it is one of the best places to be so close to Greenbelt, landmark, sm makati, and glorietta. If shopping is your thing then this serviced apartment is your best spot!

My family and I stayed in two separate Roma which we found to be clean, good sized and well furnished for what we needed it for.

Great free buffet breakfast (more like lunch really -in terms of qty of food)!

Staff WAS amazing! The security staff, concierge, restaurant staff and maintenance staff were amazingly friendly, helpful, and kind. I felt I was at home, safe and welcomed! It really was a home away from home.

I booked through hotel.com which was a good deal. Ut with the, u don't get access to wifi ... But all is good there is enough Internet cafe nearby anyway!

The price per room is slightly high but when you think of the services available and what you get then I would says it's worth it!

I'mcoming back!

“Close to Greenbelt and AIM. Home-like atmosphere”

I stayed in this Hotel last April enroute to Boracay during the Holy Week. A little bit infamous if you're hailing a cab from the airport as there are other Somersets within Makati Area. Most cab drivers don't know the place. But thanks to the able staff that gave us directions from the airport we were able to locate the hotel.
The staff were very polite and courteous, greeted me with a smile. I was able to check in within minutes. The room that I had is a 1BR suite and I was impressed with the cleanliness and the spaciousness of the room. It is money-well-spent-for room as I only paid $107 plus tax per night. My guests were assisted and treated with same courtesy that was extended to me.
The food is awesome. Very homey for a very reasonable price.

Over-all this hotel is a gem in the midst of the rough. Will probably come back for a longer stay.

“Very disappointing !”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 December 2011

Felt really disappointed by this hotel.... looks nice and attractive on website pictures ... but only there... Studios are getting old, carpets not clean and really need a good update.

Very unfriendly reception desk (I make it short and dont go into details...) who spend more time trying to get guarantees from your credit card, than welcoming you as a normal guest....after finally charging me by mystake 140.000 Pesos (2500 Euros). Mystake can happen but... you accept it better with friendly and nice people...

Not even one word from the manager after that and had to pay for a print and a local fax...
that reception forgot to send and that I had t pay in advance... I almost lost my next hotel reservation because of that...

Like often, the very friendly staff is in the housekeeping, cleaning people, lobby security and drivers... But reception forget to be friendly and really welcome you like number...
I decided to make my stay shorter....

For the price, you can definitely find better in Manila...

The only positive point is if you want to walk to Greenbelt area. Very close...

“Nice accommodations. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff”

Spent a week for business here in October. Nice rooms and the staff couldn't have been more willing to help. I'd stay here again for sure.
