Stayed in room 205 I was woken up by bed bugs walking on my arms.I looked at my pillow and it was covered in bed bugs also.I check out at 3AM

The hotel is not new, and not a five-star, but was great for one night when we were shopping at the outlet malls. The price is right for this hotel. The room was clean and quiet, the staff friendly, and the hotel full, which means safe to me. It is not in a sketchy part of town - it is positioned in a semi-residential area. Yes there is prison nearby, but the hotel is perfectly safe. It is close to restaurants (a really fantastic diner about three blocks away).

First of all, it was Labor Day Weekend- I wanted to stay in Syracuse, but with the state fair in town, all the hotels were very overpriced. I chose this one, just outside Syracuse. The lobby smelled like smoke and incense. The hotel itself was hard to find, because all of their outdoor lighting wasnt on. At first, I thought the hotel had closed down. My room was a smoking room (who knew that smoking rooms were still around?). The furniture was old and tired. My room would not lock well. The internet did not work at all. The breakfast was only coffee and a box of doughnuts. I turned around and did not eat any. I suppose for $50 a night, it may be ok. I wouldnt stay again.
