As of today (September 2010), the hotel, I've heard, has been torn-down. They are constructing a new, better one, which is scheduled to open by February 2011 in time for the Panangbenga Festival in Baguio.
And it's always the price - if the price is still the same, then I'm definitely going back there. It's one of the budget hotels that provide value-for-money, good service, security, privacy, and accessibility. They have rooms that accomodate a group of 5-6 pax which allows lower cost/head. The front-desk and even the restaurant/bar personnels are also very friendly and helpful. There's a security guard posted at the front door. And this is almost walking distance to restaurants in the city as well.
Nevertheless, the location is what i like best. It's near to everything. When we grew tired of walking, we'll just head back to the hotel and rest.
One other thing, in one of the reviews here, they're saying that the place is haunted. We did experience the similar thing. In our case, there was a knock on the door, but no one was in the hallway.
