I have always been intrigued by the 'chiropractic' beds they have, so just for curiosity--I reserved online and stayed there for 4 nights with a friend. It was risky--to think that the hotel rate were a few hundred bucks way more expensive than Bloomfield Hotel (you can check my review for that Hotel as well).
The location has a direct link to Victory Liner. From the Front Desk up until the cleaning staff---all were trained well and were very professional and warm.
Then THE BED--simply awesome. I would like to buy one of my own. Hehehe.
The free buffet breakfast at Te Quiero was simply divine. We stayed there from Wednesday to Sunday and no menu was repeated. It varied from day to day. From Tapa to Daing na bangus to corned beef up to crispy danggit and potatoes with meat stuffing (forgot the name). Te Quiero also offers cereals, toast and pancakes, fruits and side dishes of different salads. The buffet seemed endless. BIG PLUS: Courteous staff! and there's a chef to whom you can request eggs (cooked in anyway you like --form sunnyside to omelette!)
The single room is spacious enough for two.The room smelled and looked clean everytime we went back after 5pm.There's no smoking area in the lobby, so we need to go outside the hotel and breeze the cold wind which hit at 10.2 degrees during our stay there. Te quiero however has a smoking area.
There is overflowing free coffee and hot/cold water dipenser at the main lobby so you don't need to bother buying Mineral Water from SM or 7-11. Real money-saver!
Overall experience is a real value for money. I intend to go back there in June or July (during off-peak season) and hope for a promo deal! This is one hotel I will surely recommend to my friends and family.
