My husband and I stayed in hotel 45 extensionnear sm baguio.Rooms & even the hallways are clean.staff are very friendly & able to accomodate our room request.location is very strategic bec its near sm baguio & the bus terminal.its just a block away fr baguio cathedral.We just paid 1000 pesos per night,it includes free breakfast for two/check in time is as early as 7 am & check out is until 12nn the following day.bathrooms are spanking clean as well as the towels and bedsheets.well definitely stay in this hotel on our next trip to baguio.you get more than your moneys worth/

........................i'll be staying in baguio for 3 days with my mom for Panagbenga Festival 2012..does anyone knows how to make a reservation for this hotel?.......................thanks much!!!!!!!

“new extension of hotel 45 is a good deal”

for 1000 pesos, we got a clean, brand new room on the back of the hotel, where we had a good sleep. room and furnitures were clean and new.
the hotel is walking distance from all restaurant, SM mall, and partas bus terminal, which was very convenient. on ground floor, hot water and noodles or chips are available.
free breakfast was included with the roo; but we did not try, because it looks very busy and local.

“hotel 45 extension, new, clean and quiet on the rear.”

This extension in the new part of the old hotel. This recent extension is clean, quiet for room on the rear and confortable ( night is 1000 pesos).
The hotel is to be recommended for a transit night between bus connexions. Well situated near Partas bus terminal.
Everything is clean new and correct: bathroom bed and so on.
Breakfast included is philippino dish.
