“Bloomfield : A Comfortable Hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 January 2012

It really is best to review tripadvisor before going out on trips which is what I did before our trip last weekend. As I knew what the hotel was like and the photos were a big help then, I gave it just the right amount of expectation. And I was not disappointed.

The hotel personnel at the front desk and the restaurant and even the security were all very nice and helpful.

The location is across a major mall which can be convenient for many. The Baguio Cathedral and Session Road are a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

There are not much view but I expected this. The hotel is in a rather noisy location being in the central part of town but again, I expected this also.

The room that I stayed in was in the basement. There were windows but facing concrete walls. But then again, I knew this. Some rooms on the upper floors had balconies which I'm sure is nice. The room was a good size room and comfortable. It had a queen-size bed and a huge mirror facing the bed. Hahaha. The water supply was generous and had hot water. The towels were thin though and I thought was time for change. The water closet/toilet was good size. But I don't like it being too close to the wall.

It had a room aircon, a 2 cubic feet room refrigerator and an old style 21-inch TV that had cable reception. The floors were of wood laminate.

No smoking allowed in the rooms in this hotel.

My room came with breakfast. A choice of Filipino breakfast : either tapa, longaniza, daing na bangus with an egg and garlic fried rice. Or, American breakfast which I did not try.

It's very accessible and comfortable. Friendly staff, I wish the hotel is much bigger so they could accommodate more.

“Will definitely stay here again.”

Perfect stay. Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. Asked to check in at 9AM and was allowed. Room was the upgraded superior, the rooms upstairs tended to be noisy because its on a prime location beside SM. Beds were very comfortable. Definitely worth every peso. Breakfast was good.

Room Tip: If you're not picky about the view, choose basement rooms - they're alot quieter.

“2 class hotel but pay for 5 star”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 December 2011

Order suite. Hotel try first to let me pay for 2 night, even it is not the correct way to do it.
Arrive at hotel and good service. accept suite JR. BATHROOM 3mm2 for 4 person in a suite Ha ha.
Very dark roomm, and one of the bed rooms smells, and it seems that it was from filter in air con.
Room old etc.
Breakfest very low even for filipino. How to use 2 gram of a kind of butter for 4 psc. of toast.
Noise outside of hotel. Try to change extra w/o inform prices for 2 cup of coffee at room.
Suggest that hotel will take a fieldtrip to Malaysia
