We made the reservations based on the rooms they show at their website and when we arrived checked in and moved into the room it we were very disappointed, the room was so tinny with a full size bed and 2 feet of space between the bed and the walls. The bathroom was poorly set up … the toilet paper was of the poorest single ply quality and the toilet was probably from the 1800s; they had a noisy pump near our room that since 5 am was running like an alarm clock next to your ear. Next morning we hunted for hotels and we moved out. When I pointed out their deficiencies to the front desk they seemed careless I told them I felt I had been scammed since the rooms were not the rooms they show on their website and checked out from hotel. I was born and raised in Trujillo and had traveled with my wife to visit some relatives I hadn’t seen in years. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking quality and comfort.

- Liked — Nothing at all. The hotel looks nice from the outside and also in the Website
- Disliked — The room, the bathroom, the nearly falling pvc shower curtain
