I have been all over the world, and this hotel is five star quality. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They bent over backwards to answer all of my questions and get me what I needed. This hotel has the feel of home, which is especially benificial to those foreigners who do not speak the language or are on holiday for the first time. The location cannot be beat. It is located within 5 walking blocks of every major attraction, restaurant, museum, and local shopping markets - both tourist and local. The rooms are large, spacious and clean.

This hotel was very well located just 2 minutes from de old main plaza de arma of the city. There is nothing special regarding the hotel itself but it is clean and safe which is important over there !... People were very nice and welcoming and always ready to explain or provide information on the city/transport. Decent breakfast. A good quality/price place. Access to boat or bus station are very easy (15 minutes by taxi)

The staff are very freindly and good to help in any ocations.
There miss milk to the coffee in the hall.
The breskfast is very nice.
The place of the hotel is exellent.
We could miss some view its only possible to see is other buildings. The other guests are rather close.
Acording to the internet and the computer is it very nice that it is possible to use at the hotel. But it could be nice if it was possible to see the letters on the bord!
Thank you for a plesant stay if its possible we would like to come back and will ofcource recoment it to others telling of the los we had experind.
