This is located near LGA, trains and buses, and they provide a shuttle to the airport and a train stop. The front desk staff are friendly and accomodating. They provided me towels after I came in soaking from the rain and loaned me an umbrella later on. They also provide breakfast in the morning as part of the package.

The plus point of this hotel is that the subway is within walkable distance and the hotel provides a shuttle service to the subway every 30 mins.
The rooms are small and not as clean when compared to other Fairfield Inn properties in the US and the standard of breakfast is average with very limited choices with only one person managing the show. The staff was friendly and helpful and overall the hotel is good only for a short stay.

We had a great stay here. Shuttle was always timely, and got us to/from airport and subway station (10 min) quickly. Staff was polite. Breakfast was pretty decent. They held our bags on departure day until we needed to go to the airport at 10pm. Not the prettiest location, but spent most of our time in Manhattan anyway.

Great hotel right outside of the city. Very close to subway- about 8 blocks. (You're about a 15 min train ride from Times Square). No need to walk to the subway, they have a great shuttle that runs every 30 minutes (and on time)- they also have a shuttle to the airport. We came here for our anniversary weekend and plan to stay here again the next time we are in NYC. Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place!
